For detector problems, the numbers not the photo
The detector prints every ratio it measured. Send those, plus the shape it gave you and the shape you expected. That tells us which measurement is off. Please do not email photographs of yourself; we do not want them and we do not store them.

How do I report a mistake on Lip Shape Chart?

How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within two working days. WhatsApp is normally faster than email. Corrections that affect a factual claim are prioritised over everything else, because a wrong measurement left up is worse than a slow reply.
Can I ask which lip shape I have?
You can, but the lip shape detector on the homepage will answer faster and more reliably than a person looking at a photo, and it shows you the measurements it used. If the result seems wrong, send us the numbers it printed rather than the photo, and we can tell you which measurement is throwing it off.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. Lip Shape Chart does not publish guest posts, sponsored content, paid links or product placements. If your email is a link-building pitch it will not get a reply.
Can I use your lip shape illustrations or charts?
Ask first. Email us with what you want to use and where it will appear. We generally say yes to educational and editorial use with a credit and a link, and no to commercial reuse.
